Researcher on Healthcare Systems & Pharmaceutical Industry

Medical Economic Assessment

Employer: CRECON Medical Assessment Inc.

Responsibilities: ・Estimation of the cost-effectiveness of medical technologies, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices, using mathematical modeling and simulation.
・Source and parameterize model data from diverse inputs such as clinical literature, physician insights, and claims data analysis.
・Reporting analysis findings to pharmaceutical companies (including potential publication in peer-reviewed journals or presentations at academic conferences).
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
(1) Cost-Effectiveness Analysis (2) Burden of Disease Analysis
(3) Treatment Strategy Analysis (4) Medical Claims Data Analysis
(5) Quality of Life (QOL) Analysis (6) Systematic Review (SR)
(7) Meta-analyses (including indirect treatment comparisons and network meta-analyses)
※Our clients are primarily leading pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Someone with:
・Experience in statistical analysis, programming, economics, and health economics
・Experience in claims data analysis and statistical programming using SAS
・English reading proficiency (conversational skills are a plus.)

Employment Conditions and Working Hours

Employment Type: Full-time Employee

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (includes 1-hour break)

Holidays and Leave: Five-day work week (Saturdays & Sundays off),
Public Holidays, and Annual Paid Leave
Special Leave: Summer holidays, Year-end/New Year holidays, and Ceremonial leave (Bereavement/Congratulatory)

Salary: Determined based on experience and qualifications in accordance with the company’s salary structure.

Salary Increases and Bonuses: Salary Increase: Once a year (in principle)
Bonus: Twice a year
